I made a follow-up call to Endeavor in regards to getting in touch with Michael Caton-Jones. The agent I need to contact was unavailable, but his assistant will follow up for me.

Fortunately, I don't need to rely on assistants and agents. I'll send him a personal query through the WGA if I need to, but I'd like to at least try the more direct route if at all possible.
