Well, I heard back from John today regarding his UPM's response to Fork-Tailed Devil. This UPM is both a literary graduate (from Loyola-Marymount) and an aviation buff. This UPM is working on John's current project (his 64th film).

The UPM, Jim, wants to make FTD his 65th film, that's how much he liked it. He thought it was a great, fast read, and there's a lot of story that can be told with visuals and not dialog. (Great for me -- that means I've written it for the right medium!)

John reiterated to me that if he didn't have his current project in pre-production, and still is trying to deal with Citadel Run, he'd option my script in a heartbeat.
