I got word today that Fork-Tailed Devil reached Quarterfinalist status in the Scriptapalooza competition. Of 2947 scripts entered, FTD was one of 195 that got to this level. That puts it in the top 7% of entrants. :-) I'm on the web site and everything.

It didn't reach semi-finalist, but now when I make calls, I can add that it's a quarter-finalist script.

Speaking of calls, I have been making them, but haven't had much success reaching the people I need to talk to. I'm going to try Section 8 next, and of course the new Warner Independent label.
