I've noticed that I've stopped writing down some of the things that I used to note, mostly because it's a case of the same-old, same-old. However, to keep track (mostly to sum up), here's what's going on with my writing career.

-- Joined Women In Film for networking opps
-- Joined Toastmasters for increased skill and confidence in talking (mostly to those faceless people over the phone when I do cold calls)
-- Working a spec TV script
-- Working on a feature
-- Fork-Tailed Devil application out to Sundance
-- Putting my agent in contact with THE MOUNTAIN (a new WB series). We're waiting for a call back
-- Getting contact information at Endemol USA for American Pilot, as well as permission to send over my American Pilot proposal.
-- followed up with Richard Walter about Fork-Tailed Devil (he was the instructor in a class I recently took)

On the to-do list:

-- continue to follow up with Telepictures for American Pilot
-- contact A&E regarding Fork-Tailed Devil
-- finish my specs (uh, duh)

On the must-do list (meaning I don't want to, but I have to make myself not procrastinate):

-- find more places to send Mind Games, Fork-Tailed Devil, and American Pilot
-- check out the pilots for 2004/2005 and get specs submitted to them
