...but I'm still in LA, waiting for the TV biz to move its mysterious way forward. I chatted with our manager today, and we're getting read and for the most part, read well. There's still no real news to report. Nepotism is alive and well in Hollywood; one writer slot went to the producer's child. I guess the kid wasn't good enough to get on staff elsewhere. (Am I allowed to be a bit bitter about that, at least for a little while?)

We're definitely still alive at Nightstalker, so waiting to hear back from them. And if nothing happens with TV, Stephen and I are moving on to my features. Fortunately, since I do have both, my selling potential is more year-round, and not tied to May staffing!

This weekend, Enigmacon is on my calendar, where I hope to network with some Scifi geeks.
