Nobody

Hah! now I have an entry on every month. }:> I should just go ahead and give bulletins on my life here but I tend to think they're boring. Meh. maybe next year.

While I feel like I have the next four days to myself, I don't really. The usual people I hang out with are currently or will soon be traveling far away for the holidays. But of course I have to work the next two days. Friday evening there's a birthday dinner. Saturday is lunch with a couple friends, see their new condo and give them a present. Saturday night I may see my BB and sis out somewhere. All my sibs are now old enough to drink so we might try to take advantage of that. Somewhere in there I have to get one or two presents. May get to see Wednesday at some point. Should do laundry, have to wrap presents, really, really ought to clean house. Monday, of course, drive home, bake yummies, listen to carols and give and open presents. Monday night, late, pick up Space Dog at LAX and start over a week of working and such the next day.

1. Will you be looking for a new job?
Definately looking for a new occupation. job would be good, school would be better.

2. Will you be looking for a new relationship?
not actively. it would be nice to make another friend or two

3. New house?
nope

4. What will you do differently in 2007?
*shrug* I hope I'll take more steps toward being the me I want to be. I hope I'll get closer to attending school and getting back into theatre. I hope I find a gig that doesn't hurt my soul as much as this one does.

5. New Year's resolution?
don't play that game

6. What will you not be doing in 07?
hard to say. Hopefully not moving back in with my parents

7. Any trips planned?
not at the moment. Though I'm eyeing Burning Man. Probably a fantasy, like always.

8. Wedding plans?
none that I know of. certainly none that involve me.

9. Major things on your calendar?
nothing huge that I know of, though I'm trying to put together a shindig for April 28.

10. What can't you wait for?
Not that I'm bouncing up and down yet, but April 28 sounds like it could be fun if it works out right.

11. What would you like to see happen differently?
many things. hard to articulate all of them. So in that vein, I say I hope I learn to make myself more clear in my self-expression.

12. What about yourself will you be changing?
Will continute to try to change my size, as noted above I want to change the way I communicate (namely I'd like to be more successful) and I want to be both more clear about what I want and less...scary...when stating it. 06 has been fantastically awful for communication. Either I never get to say what I want or I try to and everyone around me freaks out and runs.

13. What happened in 2006 that you didn't think would ever happen?
HEY! that's looking backwards! We're looking forwards here.

14. Will you be nicer to the people you care about?
Rather than nice, I hope to make it plain to people I care about that I love them.

15. Will you dress differently this year then you did in 2006?
unlikely?

16. Will you start or quit drinking?
no

17. Will you better your relationship with your family?
hard to say. likely no? I dunno.

18. Will you do charity work?
certainly hope so

19. Will you go to bars?
probably.

20. Will you be nice to people you don't know?
unlikely. I still am scared of strangers. I'll try to remember to be polite. Occasionlly hard to remember how to do that when I'm trying to remain invisible out in public.

21. Do you expect 2007 to be a good year for you?
*shrug* it would be nice if it were

22. How much did you change from this time last year till now?
again with the looking back!

23. Do you plan on having a child?
no way, guiseppe

24. Will you still be friends with the same people you are friends with now?
I hope so

25. Major lifestyle changes?
none are currently planned. Again if I get to school, then yeah, but school is just an idea right now.

not planning on it. Not out of the question, though.

27. What will you make sure doesn't happen in 2007 that happened in 2006?
I'll try to keep a look out for potentially confusing situations that affect me and people I care about negatively. I'll try to speak clearly and listen to people for what they mean, their intentions, principles and priorities.

28. What are your New Year's Eve plans?

29. Will you have someone to kiss at midnight?
