Tonight on Bravo's Inside the Actor's Studio....

This guy's ability to find something to appreciate about his life....his ability to see and appreciate his blessings in the midst of a disease that could have made him bitter. And he's no Pollyanna...he knows how hard it is...for him and for others.

And he's one articulate son of a gun...

His description of the solitary character of writing...(he compared acting with stepping into a stream that was already moving due to the work of others and writing as a daily approach to a still pond)...was spot on.

And the gentle way he dealt with the students...and the forthright way he dealt with the need to take a break in the interview so his meds could kick in...this guy is the real deal.

James Lipton now has me crying way more that Barbara Walters ever did. I'm such a wuss...
