I have sprouted wings. I have changed into something else--not human any more--not earthly. I know it's the combination of martial arts and losing fifty pounds. I have lost weight before and it felt great and I looked great and everything was great--but I was still a human being. I still had this thing called gravity ruling my body. Well, it's just not that way anymore. I have wings. I can kick as high as Wally. That's not possible. I almost kicked him in the head, like twenty times, in basics. Human beings can't do that. I know this is crazy talk, but I feel the wings. It's chrysalis--it's becoming something else. All those years in the dojo, where I had this in me, but the fat kept me earthbound--human. The fat made life so harsh and heavy. It made me so tired. Now it's gone and I am flying with these glorious wings.

Jenn and I in the dragon circle facing five huge men--taking them down. Fiercity--yeah--and wings, Jenn.
