Joe's been going to school every day, but staying only till noon. He's supposed to remain until 2:40. He calls me when he's ready to come home. Yesterday, I waited until 12:50 and no phone call. I called the school. The principle answered and went to check on Joe. She hurried back all excited to tell me he was in the class room chatting with his friend, River, and had apparently forgot to call me!! She and I both cheered and agreed to do nothing, but wait for him to phone. He finally did at about 10 after 1. Then he came home and did 10 minutes of aerobic exercise. Miracles do happen. |
