Finally managed to finish reading the Nebula stories this morning, so off to the post office to see if I can get them to the US in time. I'm not sure.

Here's how I ranked the novella and novelette categories:

Novellas
1. "Just Like the Ones We Used to Know," by Connie Willis
2. "The Tangled Strings of the Marionettes," by Adam-Troy Castro
3. "The Green Leopard Plague," by Walter Jon Williams
4. "The Cookie Monster," by Vernor Vinge
5. "Walk in Silence," by Catherine Asaro

This was probably the easiest category to rank. The top three were all very good, the other two fairly average.

Novelettes
1. "The Voluntary State," by Christopher Rowe
2. "Dry Bones," by William Sanders
3. "Basement Magic," by Ellen Klages
4. "Zora and the Zombie", by Andy Duncan
5. "The Gladiator's War: A Dialogue," by Lois Tilton

The top choice was fairly clear on this one. The next three were all fairly close.
