But I swear to god, it's so tempting right now. I can't see one of my walls anymore. There were a number of classes that went on recently at the hospital, where employees would validate their skills and the competencies for their positions. The education department then brings all the paperwork for those (about 15 pages per person) to me to log into our compliance report (license and certification tracker) and send for filing. There's a LOT of it. How much, you might ask? Apparently, one of the normal carts to bring things from one place to another just wouldn't cut it, so they borrowed a wheelbarrow from the maintenance department. They're bringing me paperwork... stacks of paperwork... in a fricking wheelbarrow. And this is on top of the other things in my office I was trying to get done (there are now also employee files, screen prints from our database system for an error-checking project I'm working on, union membership paperwork, and lots of other crap), and it's all piled up. I'm pretty anal-retentive, too, so the clutter is making me want to gather all this paper in the center of my office and have a bonfire. *froth* Read/Post Comments (13) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
