Darigold Spuds

Believe it or not, I found this recipe on the back of a Darigold Butter package:

 

Swiss Potato Bake

2 TBS frozen hash browns

Salt and pepper to taste

½ LB chopped ham (optional)

2 C grated Swiss cheese

1 pint whipping cream

1 stick butter, melted

Paprika (optional)

 

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place hash browns in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Toss potatoes with the ham; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with grated cheese, and then pour the cream evenly over the top. Drizzle with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake for one hour (or 1½ hours). Makes six to eight servings.
