Chili-Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups 12 tortillas (6”) 1 package (8 oz.) grated cheddar cheese (or sub with cheddar-style soy cheese) 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, hot or mild to preference Preheat oven to 400° F. Arrange the tortillas in a flat single layer on two lightly oiled baking sheets. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the entire surface of each tortilla. Using a teaspoon, place a thin strip of green chilies down the center of each. Bake tortillas for five minutes, or until the cheese melts.
