Believe it or not, Kikkoman offers recipes at their web site and in their newsletter. The idea of dishes coming from the makers of the popular soy sauce struck me as a bit odd, but one of the recipes caught my eye:

Hot Oriental Salad

1 TBS vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp. ground ginger

1 C celery, julienned

8 C Chinese cabbage, 1-inch pieces

½ LB fresh mushrooms, sliced

¾ LB spinach, torn in pieces

2 TBS Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Heat oil in wok or Dutch oven over medium-high heat; add garlic and ginger. Sauté until garlic is lightly browned. Add celery; stir-fry two minutes. Add cabbage and mushrooms; stir-fry two minutes. Add spinach; stir-fry two minutes. Add soy sauce and serve immediately.

Kikkoman Home Cooks also has several more pages of recipes at their web site.
