Ok, I was hoping to have a lot more computer time this weekend to finish several projects that I have been planning, but have yet to bring to completion. I have the grand finale of my online game, which is pretty much all me at this point, that was supposed to be done and presented a week ago.

Unfortunately, It's probably going to take this week to complete it. The presentation of the final solves and clues is hopefully going to be worth the wait, as I was hoping to have something interactive and not dry, as the people who have played the game as long as they did spent so much time and creative energy drawing their conclusions. I haven't even read the boards yet, but I am certain that frustration has grown, as they are already feeling let down because we had to close the game. I just hope I can redeem something to them at this point.

What was supposed to take only a few hours took all day yesterday. I've had the books from my dad's house in storage for a very long time now, along with many other items of mine, my sister's, my boyfriend's, and various roomates throughout the past few years. Most of the big stuff has been out of there for a while, but I wasn't going to be able to move it into a smaller space without time, help, and effort. (We're talking 30 huge boxes of books at least)

My twin, Misty, was finally able to come out here explicitly to help me out. We went through the books and magazines, discarded lots of stuff, old papers and damaged or unsalvageable books and stuff. I got everything moved from a 10 by 15 to a 5 by 9, so I'm really happy (it's also saving me 80 bucks a month now, I've been paying for it for quite some time mostly on my own) Unfortunately, Misty has been in a couple of car accidents and as such cannot lift very heavy things.

Did I mention that books are heavy? Well, turns out, a big box of books is fairly heavy, and several smallr boxes of books get heavy too when you move them as much as I did. I did most of the lifting, and as of last night, my back was tired, but not hurting. I figured all was well.

But this morning, I woke up hurting and could barely move my neck. My upper back and shoulders felt like they were all frozen up (not frozen cold, frozen tight) I couldn't even get ready for work this morning so called in, put on some heat wraps, and just layed in bed all morning. I'm doing better, but even sitting at the computer without a chair high enough to rest my head and neck on is bugging me and it still kinda hurts.

So, this may very well thwart my computer time even more. And I already went a week without going to the gym because of being semi sick. I'll go to work tomorrow, thank goodness for Aeron chairs.

I may go catch a movie tonight if there's stadium seating involved. I'm gonna go back to either laying down or sitting around. Grr.
