Ugh.

Been doing nothing but snacking at my desk. This is not good. I've gained way too much weight lately. I really need to make a concerted effort to be more active and eat less junk. I've always been a procrastinator about stuff like that, and there's so many conflicting nutritional fads out there right now. Grrrrrrrrr. Of course, it doesn't help that I have a candy basket on my desk, and don't even have to stop typing to grab one, as I only type with one finger on my right hand and would barely miss it if it were preoccupied grabbing a chocolate.

But anyways, on to other things.

Woo! Our network is back up! It's been down for a coupla hours now. We watched Tank Girl here at work while waiitng for it to come back on. Tank Girl rocks! Now catching up on customers who opened cases while our network was down.

Other employees at this company have really been pissing me off lately. I had two conference calls today, complete with much bombardment of questions and complaints, only to be bombarded with questions and complaints from my staff once the call was over. Long story short, not everyone in this company likes us, and not everyone in this company wants to see us succeed. I've been having to deal with some downright dickwaving and backstabbing, and I don't like it. I have remained courteous and as effectively as possible, have turned the tables in a few situations already. *sigh* People need to know not to mess with me, they haven't a clue what they're really in for. ;) Fucktards...

Saw a really coll film yesterday on cable, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen I'd never seen it before, it was very odd with a Brazil/Chitty Bang Bang/Alice In Wonderland type of look at reality/fantasy. Really hard to explain, but a very cool movie.

I'm so glad that it is Friday and Payday. Will be doing some gaming this weekend, hopefully get in some Star Trek if Kody can get down here. We'll see. If not, I might hang out with some other peoples. *shrug*
