Not very exciting, because unfortunately I'm good at math. Just figured that I'd document the day that I decided, along with workmates, that we'd challenge the odds. That's what journals are for right? This is most likely not going to be a regular thing. I get on a plane tomorrow to St. Louis for ICC. Looking forward to the 4 days away from the office, to seeing a new city, and to seeing those cool people I only see at big events like regional events and ICC. Saw Texas Chainsaw Massacre yesterday. I liked it, but I really want my next slasher movie to be more clever, interesting, and unpredictable. Maybe I'm just a bit of a critic, and I love the genre. It was good, creepy, some scariness. I reccomend it if you like slasher movies, but if you have to choose between the two, see Kill Bill. That was a fun one. Great style, story, shots, sequences, music, characters that you love to hate, and of course, BAD ASS CHICKS. It was pretty graphic, so make sure you're ready for a really intense movie. I really want Volume 2 to come out now. My back hurts, I'm glad I'm going home in a few. Gotta run errands, do some laundry, and pack, early ass flight in the morning. I'm taking some books and my NaNoWriMo journal. A little over a week before I've gotta start cranking out that novel. I think I've got a good foundation/outline started though.
