I'm a web developer for NOVICA. I'm fascinated by languages, even though I only speak English and a little Spanish. I can count in Korean and have numerous language and linguistics books. I'm living within walking distance of CSUN where I share an apartment with my girlfriend and 2 cats. I'm happy. I write sporadically (I really need to finish that short story), with every intention of making a living at it at an undisclosed point in the future. I taught physics at Emperor's College Winter Term 2008. I love games and stories and music and computers and science and "and." I drink my coffee 100% black 80% of the time and 80% black 20% of the time. Also, there are other things. 7332 42

Old stories ... new adventures

I typed two stories I wrote in the mid nineties into the computer this morning. Both are silly and short, but I noticed a habit of mine, and I wonder if any of the other stories I might find will have the same issue. I obviously reach a point and don't know where to go to the story, so I tie the story off with a quick bow, so I can set it aside. That's okay if I have another story to work on, but that's never been the case.

The next story that I hope to transcribe tonight is actually the first 10-20 pages of a novel I started writing around the same time period. I'm excited to reread this, as it really signifies the point where I decided to be a writer. I even have some notes for where I was going with it.

After that I need to find as much of my notes and snippets about sensory manipulation project. I want to see everything together so I have a place to jump off from.

Okay. Shower, work, and such.

Erin describes our weekend quite well. I may very well add some thoughts as well at some point, but you know how bad I am at remembering to journal *smile*
