Words-of-Mine No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.279870 Curiosities served |

Instead of blaming the darkness you bring in the light." - Eckhart Tolle, "The Power of Now" and "A New Earth" ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I woke up at 4 a.m. this morning. Since I was awake I took my early morning medication and went to the bathroom. I returned to bed but not to sleep. Even with Bailey curled around my head purring I couldn't fall back to sleep. At 5:15 a.m. I decided to get up. I made another bathroom stop and then off to meditate. My area is still disorganized but I have more room and this feels good. Done with that and I'm still awake, I put my walking shoes on and went for a walk. Hour and a half and walk up and down the hills of Los Osos I arrive home. I even went by the back bay in Baywood Park. I'm glad to be home as my left hip is feeling used. Not done yet, I feed Bailey, sweep the front walkway, untangle the hose, refresh the water in the birdbath and feed the birds. Next I go to the back patio and sweep up, clean the both birdbaths and feed the birds. That is the end of my day as I am pooped. mz. em ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Currently reading: -- "House Magic - The Good Witch's Guide to Bringing Grace to Your Space" - Ariana -- "The Crimson Petal and the White" - Michel Faber ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "I expect to pass through life but once.
