I'd love to be able to write an amusing, light-hearted entry when I'm crawling about in the bottom of the pit, but that's not how it works for me. I hate not writing but I also hate having nothing to describe beyond moving from sofa to computer to bed and having no thoughts beyond 'when will this end?'

My acupuncturist says rest rest rest, my body agrees, but my brain is giving me a hard time, calling me lazy, telling me how little time I might have left, frightening me with old age.

I'm hanging on though, praying for some sunshine after the rain.

I am grateful for: friends; my computer; a roof over my head; a warm bed; medication
