That's all. Striking a thinking pose is, however, sometimes inappropriate, especially when your brain is a workhorse like mine. The alternative to thoroughly thinking through something is knowing it, which requires experience, of which The Thinker has little ... that we know of.
Thinking as an avoidance ploy is a no-no. Figuring stuff out wait a minute here = ineffective hogwash. Doing, for me, involves a literal straightening up of my posture and an ignorant leap off a cliff, the beauty of which is the discovery that other people understand, are there leaping too, and want to fall with you. The real kicker is that there is no crash landing. Somewheres back I convinced myself otherwise. What the hell do I know, I have so little experience?! Fromm said humanity is also our bane. Hugs back at ya, readers :) Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
