We are exploring theme in movie class. It feels liberating to finally have a word for what my head does while I'm watching a movie. Because, you see, a good movie hides its theme ingeniously. If another bitch says Beaches is her favorite movie I think I'm gonna lose the nerve to ever run for President of this godforsaken country.

And it's the theme we love about our favorite movies. I liked Gladiator, for instance, but it's all plot (and one hot actor).

I am wishing I could hear Pearl Jam for the first time again. What a life it was to that music. Aaron can share itunes at work, so is able to download and hand me just about anything.
