Net: The incumbent, Rep. Talmadge Heflin, R-District 149, conceded defeat to his opponent, Hubert Vo, after Rep. Will Hartnett, R-Dallas, released his report to the Select Committee on Election Contests in which he recommended that the election should stand.

I haven't had much good to say about Republicans since 2000 so I'm happy to state that I think Rep Heflin did the right thing.
