Lazy Sunday

We were out late last night at our friends' house, pounding the vino (and champagne, and more vino), so today was a lazy day to recuperate. It seems most of my weekends are spent like this: lazing around the house, falling asleep on the couch with the kittens, listening to Peat typity-type on the computer.

It's so nice.

But I also feel like I'm wasting my days away. I don't really get much done, we certainly don't go anywhere, and I feel sort of shut-in. And I know I could remedy that if I chose to, but that's the problem with being lazy - it's self-perpetuating. My friend Slothie lived in a dorm room that contained an "entropy couch" which sucked you into a vortex of laziness that was nigh-impossible to escape. Sometimes I feel that way about my entire house.

I guess I should revel in it while I have the chance. If I ever get knocked up, these days will be over quickly and forever.

Yikes.

I'm going back to bed.
