Everyone knows I'm biased when it comes to my husband. I think his jokes are funny, I think his cooking is delish, and I think his writing is exceptional.

Turns out, I was right at least about the latter.

Peat is officially a professional writer! He now has a three-book-deal with one of the top publishers in the US, a publisher whose many books adorn our bookshelves as well as other fantasy/sci-fi fans' bookshelves. His editor (he has an editor now!) said that after her boss read the first 100 pages of the manuscript, he came into her office "hungry for more"! They made him an offer a mere three weeks after his agent submitted it!

He always said I was biased when I told him how good his writing is. Now the rest of the world will be, too.

Ha! I was right! Nyah nyah!
