2011-03-30 12:59 AM Tired, but the Good Accomplished Kind Tired, but the Good Accomplished Kind - As I look around, I have a great sense of satisfaction this evening. I had an amazingly great time at Whiskies of the World Expo in San Francisco this weekend. Adrian has posted photos on his Facebook, and I've downloaded my photos from my camera. They should be edited and posted soon. Monday, I had a great dance lesson with Cassandra. We're focusing on the material from Level 2.0 ATS, and I'm feeling more confident about the dance vocabulary. And this evening I had a great drum class followed by a great dance class. I arrived home early enough to get dressed for dance class before the drum lesson began. I liked being early to both classes.
And between last night and this evening, I've cleaned and tidied my room and my car, wound off all the silk yarn and bundled it for sale, wound off the wool I spun in San Franciso, and reorganized some of my spinning supplies. Clearly I'm bone-tired, but in that happy "wow I got things accomplished" sort of way. Here's your Crafty links for today.... You can also see many of these crafty photos on Facebook at http://tinyurl.com/CaySwann-Crafts (1) Hair Clips with Flowers - Another floral hair clip I created for tribal bellydance costumes. I'm really interested in making more, but other tasks have priority (2) "Carnival Confetti" - a 2-ply yarn, about a DK or Light Worsted weight yarn. Spun on drop spindle, while I was attending the Whiskies of the World Expo in San Franciso. Don't forget: my Band will be playing live April 9.
