Polished up my synopsis and sent it out to St. Martin's Press this morning. That's the way to get back in the swing of things.

Now, if I can sit still for awhile and tie these thoughts down onto the page, I'll be doing much better than previously...

Talked to Dad today, he said he also has days where things just don't feel right. And when he goes back to read, it's not as bad as he thought. And other days, when things are going lickety-split, feel-good, and he goes back to read the next day and it's not as good as he thought.

So I guess it's all in the perspective. And even long-time writers have a hard time telling what's good and what's bad as they're writing it. It's damned good to know.
