Christine's New Chapter

Sent my first chapter of my current suck-in-progress to my online critique group. Gold strike, baby!

Another woman who is targeting the same line I am gave an in-depth crit of the chapter. Boy, she was right on target. No wonder I was having so much trouble with it!

I sent her a thank you note, and she replied, asking me if I want to be her crit partner. I said yes of course! It's always nice to have more than one intelligent person read your stuff, esp. one who is writing for the same line.

So I'm a happy camper today. And it looks like the con I'm going to in April is going to be from early morning to late at night - not much time will be spent at the in-laws, I'm afraid, though luckily the hotel is close!

Okay, I'm excited about writing again. Time to get to it.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
