Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing. |

2004-09-19 2:07 PM Bliss We had another fire last night, in our outdoor pit. For the second night in a row we sat by the fire and just talked, while hubby strummed the guitar or the banjo.
We did a lot of work yesterday in the yard, tons of trimming and watering. The parsley and the sage, esp. the Pineapple Sage, are growing very well. That's flowering now, lovely bright red flowers. The chamomile is doing well as is the basil. I picked the flowering heads off the basil yesterday, and my fingers smelled fabulous for hours. I just got back from a LARA meeting. It was a good meeting, but getting volunteers is like pulling teeth. And we have very few who are going to the retreat next month, so that's a bother as well. I've decided to run for Vice Pres next year, as there's not a lot to do but I'm in a position to rattle some bones. Oh, and I got another person for my crit group, so that's good as well. Now hopefully, the people who are already involved will start sending more chapters. Right now I have ten people, but only three of us are actively writing and critiquing. I may end up dropping folks if they don't start contributing. We'll see. I've got way too much to do. Think I'll put on some grubbies, make some tea, and sit in my garden instead.
