Pages Written... 3+

It's been raining since last night, oh blessed rain! How wonderful it is to have it here again, after a six month absence.

But I've forgotten how to walk in the rain. I mean, no pants that hit the pavement. No shoes that are untreated leather or suede. Both of those together (which I wore today, unprompted and unexpectedly) lead to wet feet and really wet pant legs.

However, all is well. We booked our 25th anniversary package to Paris tonight. I fully expect by the time I hit Paris in February, I'll be ready to walk in the rain and enjoy every bit of it.

And the best part of it is, I've made huge strides in my new novel. And a good friend of mine who's published is willing to take a look at the first 3 chaps and synopsis of Lily, so I've got some work to do on that before the end of the week! Woo! Writing life is exciting again.
