Listening to... something waltzy...

Got some more work done on the Evie novel - just a couple of pages, think I need to review my synopsis to kickstart my brain - but it's better than nothing. Also put the first chapter up at my crit group, so hopefully will get some fabulous feedback this coming week.

The rain is still coming down - hubby's got two hoses draining from the side yard and the front yard down to the gutter - the water is pouring out of the hoses, so the drainage at least is effective. Now if the rain would just stop for a bit and let the land rest.

If it's even a smidge dry tomorrow, I'm outside planting some california poppies. I'm kicking myself for not doing it earlier - but hey, the bag of seed wasn't easy to find.

Now hubby's chopping up chicken, and I've got a wok to fire up. Chicken with mustard and wine sauce is on the menu tonight - along with a fire and some more of ROTK with the family.

The weekend has been wonderful (even bought some new underwear! Woo!) and I hate to see it end. The only good part is I get to go back to aerobics tomorrow...and see Jenn on Wednesday! So there's goodness to look forward to!

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
