Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing. |

2005-02-20 9:59 PM Mail Irritation amongst the Excitement of Packing I've had trouble all day with email. All bloody day. Slower than dirt, the server is and it's driving me crazy. I got a few emails out earlier in the day, but tonight - nothing.
This does not bode well for Paris. So, everyone, please go read my most wonderful friend Jenn's Rooster - a very cool short story over at Strange Horizons. I was going to send her an email to tell her how wonderful it was, but you know - eh. No email. So. Go read it for yourself. (And btw, Jenn, the comments section didn't work, otherwise I'd have commented!) ********************************************************* Another email not able to send - Barbara, thanks for your note. I promise we'll get together for lunch sometime in March, okay? And hope you are doing well...loved the French style scarf you're knitting now, looks very fancy! ********************************************************* LARA meeting this morning. That dragged on to afternoon, thereby making hubby pissed off. (Can't blame him - I didn't call, thoughtless hussy that I am.) But finally got home, got packed (and it was EASY to shut the suitcase! Made me wonder what it was I had forgotten.), we went out to dinner with the nurses around the corner, and home again. Still missing the camera we lost, and now the walking tour book I lost...sigh. But nevertheless, we plan on having a wonderful time. At least two days in the Louvre. And we've got to see the Picasso museum. And, oh, you know. Everything. Maybe I'll pick up a souvenir from Dior. Or Chanel. Or...somewhere. I do not know all the names. Well, gotta run and try to sleep. Hopefully the next dispatch will be from France. Be well, folks!
