Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing. |

2005-06-22 9:11 PM Summertime Pages Written... 5
Listening to... Nightnoise The crickets are chirping madly outside. The heat of the day has subsided a bit, and the cooler air outside is circulating inside, with the help of window fans and open doors. The big plus is laundry gets dry in a snap. Wonderful! And I've managed 5 pages, 2 days in a row. It's a start to my 40 this week since I completely blew last week. ********************************************************** Elder son's summer school has been straightened out, he starts Monday at 7:45am. Ugh. Torture for both of us. But at least he'll be riding his bike to and from the middle school, where he'll be doing his summer school time (1 year of 10th grade World History). And at least, it's only for a month. ********************************************************** The docs are waiting for Mom's blood tests to come back, I'm not sure what they're checking. But apparently UTIs are common in women who don't get enough exercise - and since Mom gets none, well then. At any rate, they expect her to be released by Friday, if she's doing better. Dad seemed in good spirits, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all works out and Mom comes home. Though Dad did say he wanted me to sign a power of attorney form for Mom, in case something happened to him. *********************************************************** And in other news, apparently if you have grandparents who are full Swiss, you can own land in Switzerland. Hubby qualifies. Though I'm not sure I'm ready to live that far away from So Cal. Read/Post Comments (2) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
