An interesting aside from a Sr. Editor at Silhouette - they do like brand new authors (ones that haven't pubbed before, in other words) to stick with the tried-and-true story lines but (of course) with a fresh voice, a new twist. So there's that.

Apparently the last one I pitched was of that variety, and that's why she requested it from me. Interesting. So off I go now to plot. (Writing is later - I'm deep into plotting mostly this week.)

Not to mention all the work it'll take gathering the camping stuff.
