Had a long day. A LARA board meeting at 9:15, regular meeting at 10:30, rehearsal across town at noon.

And rehearsal went on until 4, when we broke and had an hour downtime before the wine and cheese donor party next door. Four partial glasses of wine later...

so, exhaustion has set in.

BUT - I'm having a great time playing the Widow in SHREW. Just a tiny part - but I get my wig taken off, and I'm wearing a bald-pate below it with some scraggly brownish-grey hairs attached. I'm so excited! I get to be the butt of jokes! (Hey - it's a long way from Bianca to The Widow!)

The cast is good, the Kate a sweet 22 y/o (I'm old enough to be her mother) and the Petruchio a guy we worked with a few years back. Great fun, all around...

but I am exhausted. Hubby is making the hamburgers which is good because I'd either burn myself, the hamburgers, or forget to turn off the grill.

Is it bedtime yet? *whimper*

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
