Christine's New Chapter

I felt the Santa Ana winds this morning, charging in from the east. 35, 40 mph winds. But I didn't expect the day to end in fire.

The hills are burning again. This time, just east of my valley, and smoke is thick through the pass I had expected to drive this evening.

It's been a couple of years since the big fires here. Seeing the smoke in the sky makes it feel like yesterday.

Well, I'm employed. I have a job. I even and officially signed papers today. Register training is the 13th & 14th, orientation a weekend after that. We'll probably open on the 25th, but definitely on the 27th of October when the rest of the mall opens.

I'm a working gal.

Retail.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
