Christine's New Chapter

Hubby took the day off to be with me. We went to see "Running with Scissors" this morning, without knowing much about it other than Annette Bening was in it.

Well. Whatta movie. Tons of excellent actors. Bizarre (apparently true-ish) storyline. Funny, in a black comedy sort of way. Makes me glad I had a real normal childhood!

In delicious cosmic harmony, a quick story. About three weeks ago, hubby made eye appointments for my son and I, not knowing anything about our schedules (and of course, we didn't know either). It just turns out that I have today off - the day hubby had scheduled our appointments for. And gasp - my son's ortho appointment is an hour later - just upstairs from the eye doc! Synergy. Ya gotta love it, especially when it smooths the road for silly incidentals like this. Oh - and my eye doc is in my vision plan. Woo!

Went to Sunday Writing with Jenn last week. Managed to get almost five pages written on a new story. Of course, I haven't looked at those pages since then, so...but I think I'm pretty happy about them.

But I REALLY need to get back to my paranormals. Probably won't before the new year...

I can't believe it's November already.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
