My eldest son graduated from High School tonite. He's off right now at the midnight showing of The Hulk with a bunch of his friends at the local cinema. Hopefully when I wake up tomorrow he'll be sound asleep in his bed. (I have fears - you read so many terrible stories after prom or graduation. I do *not* want my son to be a part of a sad statistic!)

He continues college on Monday. He's going to a local college, one he's gone to for the past two summers because he could handle it. He's only 17, but he's free - out of high school - and for just a moment, we regretted putting him in Kindergarten at 5 but he was so ready. Has been so ready. And by Monday will be back in school, a freshman again, and more willing to be in school than to be in the work force.

More power to him! We got pictures. One day I'll have a picture page...or, you know, whatever.

I've been writing tonight, and finally indulging in a glass of wine. It's late but I don't have to be at work until one tomorrow afternoon...
