Exercise Done... bike riding

Made it to the chiropractor this morning on the bike, with time to spare. Though my right arm muscles are killing me - I must learn not to have a death grip with my right hand.

Went from there to Coffee Bean, where a friend of mine was just leaving. He stayed to chat, though, and that eased me into the working mode (especially as, when I first arrived, my corner was taken! boo!).

I've gotten 1500 words done and I'm needing to get home. THe words are coming slowly today - 1500 words in almost three hours is not my best showing - but at least the words are coming.

Right now I ache, though. Bruises that didn't appear on Monday are making themselves clear - as well as bruises I didn't know I'd have. Amazing shades of deep purples and blues. I need advil and rest. And then maybe some more words.

I put my resume in for a job here in town. It looks like it might be a good one, but I hope I don't get it. I hope they don't call me for an interview. But if they do, oh well.

I'd love the time to write. But when you have to fill out those unemployment papers - they really want to see you trying to find work. So - I'll try to find work.

Sigh.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
