The house painting is finally over. The trim is a nice deep blue called Zodiac, the house itself is Arizona White. The combination makes it look crisp and clean and everything the inside is not.

The stucco has been repaired, the wood primed and painted. Maintenance has been completed for the next good bit.

Now, though, there is all the work of putting the front area to rights, not to mention the back patio. But it's definitely a step in the right direction - plus, with the weather cooler than over the weekend, the outside chores aren't too enervating.
