Every time I turn away from thinking positive, bad things happen. When I was sure I wouldn't get renewed for disability, I had no checks coming in. When I was certain I *would* win the fight with disability, everything had cleared, no fight necessary - and the money was in the account. Thinking positive.

It's so much more than just turning a blind eye to what could go wrong. It's being downright convinced that everything will work out just fine in the long run. Bumps are bumps and happen. Broken legs happen. Arguments happen. But in the long run? Everything works out just fine.

I belong to a small group of - well, they are more than writers. And over the years we've become family. After I received a 4 star review for DEMON SOUL in the RT Reviews Magazine, I felt okay about asking for help from this one group, to give me honest reviews of the book and post on Amazon, B&N, Goodreads, etcetera.

The response has been overwhelming. Friends that I was sure wouldn't have time have not only stepped up, they're buying the book. Such support - it's so heartening. From the very beginning, friends right here have been such a support.

How can I not continue to live on the bright side? How can I possibly dwell in so-called reality, which is usually so filled with negativity it makes me want to hide in my room?
