I don't learn. 18 pounds of turkey and two people, too much turkey. We ordered out-fried fish. DH had it before, it was great, not greasy. No french fries, but good whitefish, lightly breaded, nicely fried. UH,uh. That was Saturday evening. By Sunday noon I was in trouble. And stayed in trouble through yesterday. Finally at work today. Did talk to doc yesterday. See him on 14th. He said spastic colon could be IBS, but not always. He is prescribing something for the pain-which is main reason for missing work. DH was good, no real stress except when I surprised him on Tuesday by not being able to work again. Found out that don't mix tylenol 3 with pill doc prescribed for nightime. Really drugged-lots of sleep. But here today. Now to deal with fall out. Did some crochet no writing but some reading. Talk later.
