I like my doctor-hate his office staff. DH still doesn't have his dilantin. We have been working on this for a week. Want to know the reason-because They wanted the refusal the pharmacy received from the insurance company from the pharmacy before they would contact the insurance company-to redo the pre-authorization for the higher dosage my DH needs because of weight. The pre auth expires yearly, like clock work!! (doc in IL had computer system, his office would do paperwork without all of this rigamarol!!) This doc office doesn't have a computerized system yet. So I think with all of this, plus finding out more about the med he has Dh on, it is time for a new doc. We are looking-but we do want one affiliated with a hospital-not all are! (we think people in the practice may be, just not the doc themselves!) We really miss our IL doc!!

Dh is home sick -severe cold; I am starting to get the same early symptoms he had. This is a whopper. But I am worried about him, I just can't stay home.

I met with my Division director yesterday and gave her an update on my health. I do still have the underlying issue that causes diverticulitis and it will flair up occaisionally; however the major problem has been identified and is the IBS and should be controlled by diet, exercise and pain medication mainly. Lots of people have it. I will work around it.

Coworker from hell is acting up. She says she should have more leave than she does. Leave used agrees with her records-but she doesn't see how she has less leave. OH well, to the slave pits we go.
