That cover letter was harder to write than the resume!! Trying to show experience, why I want the position, why I would be the 'best' choice, etc. is difficult. I do not know if it will work, but DH and I went back and forth 5 times with it. I think that this is a case where living around the world and working in varied jobs will be to the best advantage. Job level is the same as what I do when I am subbing for the other secretary every day! And I stated that on the resume!(under duties!!-and listed them out!)) This position has been open before, so maybe, maybe, maybe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
