Yup!! A good surprise for me.

I got back from lunch with DH. We ate our sandwiches at his desk. Chit chatted about how I am getting to my crochet meeting tomorrow night. With heat index it is over 105 today and tomorrow it is to reach 115. He wanted me to cancel-NO. We are meeting at Ruby Tuesday restaurant. There is a bus that stops right outside the restaurant that has a pickup point a block from work. We were checking on that route at his desk. All fine and good. Anyway, I got to my desk to find a phone message. OK, the way this morning has been going, who else is having a problem with timecodes and organizations was running through my mind.

Nope, one of the jobs I put in for, that I heard back saying that they received my paperwork and I was eligable and qualified, well, I have an interview!! 8/3 at 9:30. It is in a different building. (so I wouldn't be working in the same building any more)

I will bring 3 references.

This job would take me out of the division I work in now, and away from the same pot of people. It would give me a somewhat of a fresher start-and an ability to continue my good habits. Keep fingers crossed. Also would be immediat promotion to a grade 8. Which I was before I left St. Louis.
