2011-10-20 6:30 AM OK? Dh repeated what he said that made me say no the previous night. He had asked "When I get my wheelchair back and you go to make a deposit, can you help me open an account?"
No wonder it hit me wrong. And last night I told him that I could direct him to the person, but he would be at a different desk altogether, I can make cash deposits at the atm machine and that he wouldn't actually fill out paperwork, they do it electronically. "oh". He wouldn't need my help at all. End that part of discussion. He still is uncomfortable with the 'no' response, but tough. He will learn this boundary. Wasn't the only thing that was a no last night. ;) Anyway, tonight is my crochet meeting. We are going to meet up for supper and he wants to walk with me to the church. And then take the bus home with me. He doesn't like me traveling home through that part of town by myself at night, especially since it is now dark and fewer people are about. Those that are about are not always the most desirable. and it is not the best part of town either. The Cardinals won the first game-GO CARDS!!!!!!!! And I got 2 rows done on DH's sweater. Hey, it is easier to listen to the ballgame and knit than it is to listen to a movie or tv show and knit! Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
