2011-11-21 7:19 AM Hello The study Friday was interesting. The 'mask' that I am getting is a nostril piece only. The face mask caused severe pain to the left side of my face. I slept so so on Friday night and great Saturday night. So now we wait for the insurance company to approve it.
B has been helpful. And calm. Since I told him about being slightly depressed he has been better. Hmm-since I 'need' him, he feels secure, so no acting out. My not 'needing' him causes him the problems. Oh Boy, well, he will have to deal with it. It is HIS problem not mine. I am not faking needing him when I am able to deal with things on my own. We went grocery shopping for Thanksgiving right after the sleep study. Then I needed a little nap-just an hour or so. Sleep studies don't let you get good sleep. It just isn't home. After the nap, we went to breakfast/brunch and the to Stitch DC. My yarn didn't come in yet-will be in this coming Saturday, and so will the book the owner wrote. She had a copy and I want it. Several projects I want to make!! She sponsored a space for a woman's rescue group who were selling things they made. B bought two items that I selected. One was a small rug that works to cover my lap when the cat decides to lay on it and knead me.(claws!) It matches the couch! The other is a brown and cream square lapghan that works great on the back of B's chair. He said it was rough on his bare back, but he didn't move it, so I guess it wasn't too rough!
