Time to fill it ou

I read the paperwork. All of it. Oh boy. Got to find my marriage certificate and my DD214-Separation from Service. It is somewhere here. I know it is.

I also reread and reviewd the conversation with my manager. It appears that he will support my claim for disability, however someone heard a rumour that upper management will fight it. Usual politics.

B figured out a couple of things-if push came to shove, we will file for bankruptcy. Don't want to, but may need to. Will cross that bridge when have to. Now he is calmer.

Couch is broken. When it moved, B heard something snap-yup, one of the supports finally gave way yesterday. Oh, well, we can make due with the chaise end and B's big chair!

I did get some dishes unpacked, and the silverware. We are taking it easy. I find if I overdo, I pay for it. So, slow and steady is how we are doing it.

I also knit quite a bit. Anytime stress level went up, I sat down and knit. It worked. And then I knit watching the Olympics somewhat. Although, with the games, I found that I had to stop knitting. I did sort of move my body to help the athletes do the moves. Don't know if it worked, but it was fun!!

I did give B a small heart attack Saturday. Something came on the TV about marriage and gays. I mentioned that civil marriage should be allowed for gays. He about fell off his chair. I put it into simple words. His brother, my first cousin, my second cousin should all have the same joy and rights and protections with their partners as we have. Don't have to have religious marriages-those are separate. He had never heard me say that. And it is an opposite standing from my church. I know it is. So I won't say it in church. But I cannot believe that a Loving God would tell a man or woman not to love. Or to live a lie. B doesn't agree with me, so we agree to disagree. Though he was shaking his head.
