2002-08-08 1:28 PM Muzzy-headed day AETW: 659
It’s been a muzzy-headed day for me, complete with a low-grade sinus headache. I’ve gotten a little writing done, and a little cleaning, but mostly I’ve been playing on the Internet, answering e-mail, and reading a bunch of Kris’s stories that I bought from fictionwise.com. Of course, reading good fiction could be considered a positive thing, but not when it means I’m not getting my words done. Argh. When I left for the Baronial Council meeting, I thought I left the ms. at a good stopping point—one where I knew what was happening next, etc. How _does_ one respond when the man one is attracted to says, “[I’m surprised t]hat no one has admired your beauty and spirit enough to fight for a place in your life.”? Damn! I’ve been sitting here, writing and figuring out my schedule for tomorrow, and I realised I forgot that I have a chiro appt in the morning. It’s nearly 2 a.m. and I have to leave before 10 a.m. I hate to say it, but I’m abandoning my goal of 1K tonight. I need sleep if I’m going to be awake to write, clean, pack, and drive to LAX during rush hour tomorrow. Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
