Mood: Still sleepy |
2002-09-16 11:59 PM Slow but productive So here’s something kind of eerie. Last night I watched TV, not videos. I did tape the two-hour premiere of “Enterprise”, since we haven’t seen any of it and want to get caught up. To do that, I had to take the Gowan video out of the VCR. I put it on the floor. Today, it was back in the VCR…
I was so tired today. Just not enough sleep again. I suppose I could have stayed in bed after Ken got up, but I didn’t. The day seemed to go slowly, and on the plus side I got almost everything done on my list of things to do today. The Gate Booklet is going really fast, which is a relief. I had no desire to cook tonight, and we didn’t have much food in the house anyway (and I can’t shop because I have no car), so when Ken got home we hopped back on the bike and went to the nearby Chinese buffet and stuffed ourselves silly. Folks then came over for sewing night. I helped Amy with her purple linen tunic, made pillow cases for our camping pillows, mended my coronet and protégé armband, and tried to work on my Celtic tunic until the black serger decided to go wonky. I was soooo tired. I caught sight of myself in the mirror when I came in to get some water, and was frightened. Still, we stayed up later than we should have, big surprise.
